Unicamente podrá ejercer como profesional de la anestesiología en el territorio nacional, aquel médico que haya realizado su entrenamiento en postgrado en anestesiología en las facultades de medicina de los centros universitarios legalmente reconocidos por el Gobieno colombiano.
