° El control de los Agentes Departamentales, autorizado en el artículo 3.°, se organizará y ejercerá necesariamente en forma que no cause daño alguno a los vinos durante el proceso de la preparación, de manera que las inspecciones que se practiquen en tal periodo se harán de acuerdo con el productor en las fechas precisas, para evitar la alteración del producto.
