DESCENTRALIZACION. Para efectos de otorgamiento de Licencia de Funcionamiento, renovación, cancelación, cambio de razón social, naturaleza jurídica u otras funciones que tengan sede y radio de acción dentro de la jurisdicción de una Oficina Regional, se aplicará lo establecido en el artículo 43 del Decreto 729 de 1986, o la norma que lo modifique.
