La solicitud de licencia se presentará por el representante legal de la Institución, acompañada de los documentos y pruebas mencionadas en el artículo anterior. En dicha solicitud, la Institución dejará constancia de ceñirse estrictamente a las disposiciones de la Ley 5ª de 1975, del Decreto 752 del mismo año, a las normas del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar, a las contempladas en el Decreto 1260 de 1970, a las que en desarrollo de sus facultades dicte el ICBF y a las siguientes: Comunicar de inmediato al Defensor de Menores correspondiente el recibo de candidatos a adopción.
