Artículo segundo . La obligación de nacionalizar las embarcaciones a que se refiere el artículo 31 del Decreto legislativo 0376 de 1957, debe cumplirse en la proporción mínima de un 25% anualmente. Se entiende por flota inicial la formula por las embarcaciones adquiridas o fletadas por la empresa durante el primer año de su establecimiento en Colombia. Toda embarcación adquirida después de dicho término, deberá nacionalizarse en Colombia para obtener Patente de Pesca.
