RECURSO CONTRA PROVIDENCIAS QUE SANCIONAN A CONTADORES PÚBLICOS O REVISORES FISCALES. Contra la providencia que impone la sanción de que tratan los artículos 660 y 661, procede únicamente el recurso de reposición por la vía gubernativa, el cual deberá interponerse dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la notificación de la providencia respectiva. Este recurso deberá ser resuelto por un comité integrado por el jefe de la División de Programación y Control de la Subdirección Jurídica, y por el Jefe de la División de Programación y Control de la Subdirección de Fiscalización, o quienes hagan sus veces.
