Transferencias .de ley, cuota patronal, Caja de Previsión, SENA, ES ÁP, Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) Aporte a COINCO para programa Gestión Delegada (Agentes Fiscales) y el de SAINCO. Auxilio Radioperador DAINCO. Servicio de la deuda. Segunda prioridad. Gastos generales. Tercera prioridad. Demás transferencias y gastos de inversión. No podrán emitirse giros, ni hacerse pagos, ni refrendarse giros por los funcionarios competentes cuando se hicieren en contravención a lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.
