El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial los numerales 11 y 12 del artículo 8o. Del Decreto 1753 de 1994 y el Acuerdo 029 de 1975 de la Junta Directiva del Inderena.
