Adiciónese un tercer inciso al artículo 4° de la Ley 1394 de 2010:
"Tampoco podrá cobrarse el arancel de que trata la presente ley al Colector de Activos Públicos - CISA, cuando este intervenga como titular en procesos judiciales".
