Si en la Dirección de Justicia se encontraren demoras o irregularidades que hubieren pasado inadvertidas al Visitador, o no hubieren recibido la debida sanción, o sobre las cuales no se hubiere ordenado, siendo del caso, seguir la investigación, se tomarán las medidas legales para que sean investigadas y penadas. Para tal fin, se pedirán todos los informes que permitan establecer o aclarar las faltas.
