° Autorizase al Inspector del Ferrocarril Nacional de Magdalena para que nombre, cuando lo estime conveniente y por el tiempo que sea necesario, un Inspector de Mezclas, con asignación hasta de cuatro pesos ($ 4) diarios, para que intervenga en la ejecución de los trabajos de alcantarillado y pavimentación.
