Ley 2179 de 2021 · Por la cual se crea la categoría de Patrulleros de Policía, se establecen normas relacionadas con el régimen especial de carrera del personal uniformado de la Policía Nacional, se fortalece la profesionalización para el servicio público de policía y se dictan otras disposiciones.

JERCICIO DE FUNCIONES Y ATRIBUCIONES. Con fundamento en la decisión expedida por autoridad judicial competente que otorgue la libertad al Patrullero de Policía, el Director General de la Policía Nacional dispondrá su restablecimiento en el ejercicio de funciones y atribuciones; dicha determinación, surtirá efectos administrativos a partir del momento en que el uniformado se presente en la dependencia de talento humano a que haya lugar.

A partir de la fecha del restablecimiento en el ejercicio de funciones y atribuciones, el uniformado devengará la totalidad de sus haberes.
