Creado el servicio de inspección de conformidad con las autorizaciones conferida el artículo 1° los Inspectores, debidamente autorizados por el Ministerio del ramo, tienen derecho a penetrar donde se ejerza una industria o comercio durante las horas destinadas al trabajo. La negación del patrón importara una infracción a esta Ley, que se penara en cada caso con una multa hasta de cien pesos ($100.).
