Curadores Ad Lítem

Ley 1480 de 2011 · por medio de la cual se expide el Estatuto del Consumidor y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Facúltese a la autoridad competente para contratar egresados de las facultades de derecho en las condiciones y durante el término señalado en la ley, para que actúen como curadores ad lítem en los procesos de cobro coactivo, ejerciendo funciones jurisdiccionales. La actuación servirá para cumplir con el requisito de la judicatura, necesario para optar al título profesional de abogado.
