En el caso de que las sumas a que se refiere el artículo anterior no fueren suficientes para la instalación y dotación de la Estación Agrícola que esta Ley establece, autorizase al Gobierno para hacer traslaciones hasta por un millón de pesos ($1.000.000.00) en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia o en el de las vigencias siguientes.
