Cuando el buque proceda de una Nación en la cual, a virtud de arreglos hechos con el Gobierno de la República, los efectos cargados en dichos puertos deban conducirse con guías, se exigirán éstas con relación a los efectos que hayan sido embarcados en los mimos puertos y el sobordo de la carga.
