Suspéndese hasta el 31 de Diciembre del presente año el pago del quince por ciento de las pensiones y jubilaciones cuyo valor exceda de cincuenta pesos y no sea mayor de ciento, y el treinta por ciento de las que pasen de cien pesos. Dése cuenta de este Decreto al Cuerpo legislativo en sus próximas sesiones. La suspensión de pagos á que se refiere este Decreto se pondrá en efecto desde el 1.° de Mayo próximo.
