º. Para el ejercicio de las funciones delegadas en los artículos 1º y 2º de este Decreto, el Director del Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes, procederá de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes y sin perjuicio de las facultades que para el efecto se deleguen u hayan delegado en otras autoridades del orden nacional y territorial.
