º Vigilancia. Corresponderá a la Superintendencia Bancaria ejercer el control y vigilancia permanentes de las Sociedades Administradoras, para lo cual tendrá las facultades consagradas en las Leyes 45 de 1923 y 45 de 1990 y en los Decretos 2920 de 1982 y 1939 de 1986 y demás disposiciones que las complementen, adicionen, sustituyan o reformen.
