Artículo segundo. La Junta Directiva de que trata el artículo anterior deberá obtener personería jurídica en forma ordinaria y previa la aprobación de sus estatutos y reglamentos, en los cuales se determine la manera como ha de administrarse el referido legado; tendrá su Presidente, que tomará posesión ante los demás miembros, los cuales a su vez se posesionarán ante el Presidente, y además un Secretario.
