LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR
Artículo 167. Quien por primera vez pierda un concurso no podrá participar en el siguiente; quien lo pierda por segunda vez no podrá participar en los dos siguientes, y quien por tercera vez lo pierda no podrá volver a concursar.
