Los miembros del Consejo Directivo y el Rector o Director General, tendrán las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, prohibiciones y responsabilidades señaladas en él Decreto-ley 128 de 1976 en las disposiciones legales vigentes sobré el particular, y en los estatutos o reglamentos de la institución. Para los profesores, investigadores y miembros del personal administrativo de la Universidad regirán las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, prohibiciones y responsabilidades señaladas por la ley, y las determinadas en los estatutos y reglamentos de la Universidad.
