Artículo quinto. El Gobierno de Colombia se reserva el derecho de negar el ingreso al territorio del país o dar por terminado el tiempo de estada de los extranjeros comprendidos en la presente reglamentación, cuando para ello medien razones de orden público o de cualquier otra naturaleza, a juicio de las autoridades competentes.
