° Cuando el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, recibido el informe al que se refiere el artículo 1° del presente Decreto, decidiere que los elementos, objetos o medios de transporte, o alguno o algunos de ellos en lugar de ser destinado a uso oficial deben ser rematados, así lo conceptuará al Gobierno, para efectos de la resolución ejecutiva. Esta determinación solamente podrá tomarse respecto de elementos, objetos o medios de transporte vinculados a procesos que hubieren terminado.
