Los Peritos deberán presentar su dictamen por escrito con expresión clara y lo más circunstanciadamente posible de sus fundamentos a fin de que pueda servir al Jurado a juicio del Administrador, el dictamen de uno o más de los peritos fuere deficiente, puede ordenar que sea ampliado(artículo 15, Ley 59 e 1917).
