Del 15 de septiembre de este año en adelante los vinos de Champaña, los aguardientes y gotas amargas (bitters) amargos y semejantes, de que tratan los numerales 66, 68 y 69 del Arancel de Aduanas, que no sean de prohibida importación, pagarán el impuesto a razón de un peso cincuenta centavos ($1-50) por cada kilogramo de peso bruto.
