Artículo quinto. Con el exclusivo fin de hacer más fácil y económica la adquisición y conservación de los productos farmacéuticos y de los demás elementos que considere indispensable para las instituciones asistenciales que provee, la Corporación podrá establecer los medios destinados a su elaboración con el mismo fin podrá constituir empresas con otros organismos del Estado o con particulares, previa autorización del Gobierno.
