Art.5.º Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para fijar las asignaciones o sueldos de que deben disfrutar los censores, veedores i comisionados encargados de la formacion del censo general en los Estados, para cuyo fin se apropiará la cantidad necesaria en el Presupuesto de gastos de la vijencia económica de 1869 a 1870.
