° Si a las elecciones concurrieren menos de cincuenta (50) votantes, se declararán nulas por la autoridad que convocó a elecciones. En el Decreto que se declare tal nulidad, se convocará a nuevas elecciones. Tal Decreto debe someterse a la aprobación del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias.
