Articulo decimo. Una vez provistos todos los cargos de Médicos y Odontólogos en los Puestos de Salud, ubicados por el Ministerio de Higiene en el país, y no existiendo plazas vacantes, podrán asimilarse a las actividades de un Puesto de Salud aquellas que desempeñe un Médico u Odontólogo en entidades oficiales o en guarniciones militares, siempre que éstas se cumplan en zonas rurales donde no exista ningún organismo dependiente del Ministerio de Higiene y que den cumplimiento a las disposiciones del presente decreto.
