Art. 22. Para hacer efectivas estas multas y las del artículo 15 anterior, el Tesorero del Monte-pío, llegado el caso, dará aviso al Jefe Superior inmediato del empleado responsable, para que decrete la multa y dé las órdenes relativas a su cobro.
