Ordenada la matrícula el Presidente del Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, expedirá al interesado la tarjeta profesional que le dará derecho a ejercer la ingeniería en su especialidad en cualquier lugar del país; en ella se dejará constancia del número de la resolución que la concedió. El Consejo llevará un registro en numeración consecutiva indicando el número de la matrícula, nombre y número de resolución correspondiente.
