Subrogación de convenios. El Instituto Nacional de Vías se subroga en los mismos términos y condiciones en los derechos y obligaciones del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, así como en todo aquello que guarde relación directa o indirecta con el convenio interinstitucional de cooperación y asistencia técnica No 1738/01 celebrado ente el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, Fondo de Inversiones para la Paz, el Ministerio de Transporte y el Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales.
