Artículo veinte . Como parte integrante del plan general de fomento económico, el Gobierno adoptará, por decreto separado, normas sobre defensa, conservación y aprovechamiento de bosques, conforme a las circunstancias locales y naturales. El Gobierno podrá prohibir la destrucción de los bosques en determinadas regiones, reglamentar su aprovechamiento industrial e imponer la obligación de sembrar árboles maderables, en proporciones adecuadas, en las fincas rurales.
