ARTICULO 42 . Procederán multas imponibles a los propietarios o poseedores de vehículos, de dos (2) salarios mínimos legales mensuales, en los siguientes casos

Por transportar con exceso de carga;

Por no portar en las puertas laterales del vehículo, el emblema del transportador autorizado al que está inscrito;

Por transportar mercancías con exceso de dimensiones sin portar los permisos de las autoridades correspondientes;

Por no portar la tarjeta de operación durante el acarreo de los bienes;

Por no suministrar oportunamente al transportador autorizado, donde se encuentre legalmente inscrito, los documentos e informes necesarios para la renovación de la tarjeta de operación.
