° Los individuos que á la expedición del presente Decreto estén ejerciendo el cargo de Jefes de Secciones de la Gendarmería Nacional, procederán inmediatamente á constituir la fianza ordenada y los que hayan de ser nombrados posteriormente deberán llenar el requisito antes de tomar posesión del cargo.
