Cuando en los casos de los artículos 7º y 19 - inciso 2º - de la Ley 37 de 1931, deban aplicarse disposiciones del Código de Minas, a favor de las empresas industriales del petróleo, tal aplicación se hará de acuerdo con lo previsto en el mismo Código, especialmente con las disposiciones pertinentes del Capítulo XXV " Juicios Especiales" .
