ARTICULO 29 . La afiliación es una forma especial de vinculación en virtud de la cual el propietario de un vehículo se compromete a destinarlo a la prestación del servicio público terrestre automotor de carga, a través de un transportador autorizado. La afiliación no implica el uso, goce, disposición o administración del automotor por parte del transportador autorizado.
