Desde la expedición de la presente Ley. declárese libre de todo derecho nacional, departamental ó municipal la sal marina que, procedente de las salinas nacionales de la Costa Atlántica, se introduzca á los Departamentos del Valle, Cauca y Nariño, por las Aduanas del Pacífico.
