Las multas que se impongan de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en este Decreto, se harán efectivas administrativamente, y su valor ingresará al Tesoro municipal respectivo y se destinará, en cuanto fuere necesario, a atender los gastos que demanden la fiscalización y vigilancia de las pesas y medidas.
