Destínase la suma de sesenta mil pesos ($ 60,000) para la construcción de la citada carretera y de treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000) para el ramal a que se refiere el artículo anterior, sumas que serán incluídas, en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia y de no ser incluidas, facúltase al Gobierno para abrir un crédito adicional para atender a la construcción de la obra.
