Las pensiones de jubilación, de invalidez y de vejez de los periodistas profesionales serán reconocidas y pagadas conforme a lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, directamente por e] patrono o por el Instituto Colombiano de los Seguros Sociales o por la Caja de Previsión donde el periodista estuvo afiliado por última vez y repetirán contra las empresas particulares, oficiales o semioficiales, para el reconocimiento de la cuota parte pensional que les corresponda pagar en proporción a los años servidos.
