Las faltas anteriores constituyen causales de mala conducta para los efectos señalados en el numeral 2 del artículo 175 de la Constitución Política, cuando fueren realizadas por el Presidente de la República, los magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, del Consejo de Estado o de la Corte Constitucional, los miembros del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y el Fiscal General de la Nación.
