El producto de las operaciones de crédito del Gobierno Nacional o garantizados por la Nación que se realicen en desarrollo de la presente Ley, tendrán la siguiente destinación:

Financiamiento de los gastos de inversión.

Financiamiento de los déficits estacionales de Tesorería.

Sustitución de deuda externa.

Otorgamiento de préstamos a entidades de derecho público, para financiar gastos de inversión o para cancelar obligaciones externas.
