Cuando por mala conducta de una viuda, ó por estar divorciada al tiempo de la muerte del militar no se le dé socorro, ó lo pierda después de adquirido, pasará éste á los hijos del militar difunto, de acuerdo con los artículos 12 y 13 de la Ley.
