amends Art. 11. LEY 119 de 1890

El artículo 11 de la Ley 119 queda así:

"Ejecutoriada que sea la sentencia en que se decrete la expropiación e inscrita en la respectiva Oficina, y comprobado el pago o el depósito de la indemnización otorgada al expropiado, el Juez procederá a la entrega de la cosa al demandante."
