º Autorízase al Rector de la Escuela Nacional de Minas para que de acuerdo con los demás miembros del Consejo Directivo disponga la inmediata traslación de ese instituto á un campo minero donde continuará en lo sucesivo todas sus labores. Los contratos ó convenios que para el cumplimiento de este artículo celebre el Rector en representación de la Escuela, se consultarán previamente con el Poder Ejecutivo.
