La Nación procederá, por intermedio del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, a ceder en forma gratuita al Municipio de Girardot, Departamento de Cundinamarca, la propiedad, uso y goce de la plaza principal de mercado que construyera en aquella ciudad en virtud de la Ley 57 de 1945 .
