El hecho de tomar para los botes y personal de la pesca, sal de las salinas naturales que haya a lo largo de la costa, aunque sean de las que el Gobierno no explota, o de pilas abandonadas, ya pertenezcan éstas al Gobierno o particulares, es contrabando a la renta de salinas y se castigará en consecuencia.
