Cuando por cualquier circunstancia el salvoconducto se extravíe, el interesado deberá formular la denuncia penal respectiva y quedará además en la obligación de informar sobre el particular a la autoridad militar correspondiente, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la ocurrencia del hecho, requisito sin el cual no podrá solicitar duplicado de dicho documento.
